Shipping:
*All Ready to Ship products will ship within 1- 10  business days.  (Mon-Fri) as of 11.20.23
Custom Products 1-8 Weeks (Not including Sundays) 

*All orders will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped. The shipping time depends on the method of shipping that was available for your order during checkout.
Once your order is no longer in my possession, I cannot make any changes to your delivery address and it's up to the shipping company if you need to change your shipping route or make any delivery changes. 

If your order is Lost, Damaged, or Stolen you will have to contact the shipping company to track your package or to file a claim. But you can also contact us at iheartwaxbyaudra@gmail.com or through the live chat option and I will figure out how I can help.
